SATURDAY 26TH AUGUST 2017 | RATHLIN ISLAND | 10 MILES 1:00PM - £25 | 5K 1:10PM - £15

'THE MOST UNIQUE AND CHALLENGING ROAD RACE IN NORTHERN IRELAND'

NiRunning (Northern Ireland Running) are very proud to announce 16th annual RATHLIN RUN will take place on Saturday 26th August 2017 (1pm).

NiRunning will continue to work in association with highly respected charity BAC (Belfast Activity Centre) in the delivery of the event.

The Rathlin Run is Northern Ireland's most unique, and arguably, most challenging road race. It was originally introduced by Raleigh International, before Belfast Activity Centre took the reins several years ago, and now NiRunning.

The '10 mile challenge', the original distance that caught the imagination of the local running community and cemented the event as an annual favourite, will once again be the feature race. The associated 5k run (starting at 1:10pm) will also return, and offer an alternative for those wanting to test themselves over (or enjoy) a flatter, shorter course.  Course descriptions and maps can be found HERE.

Entries will be limited to 400 (inclusive of both events), and considering the event has reached capacity previously, we would encourage everyone to enter early.

Please Remember:  It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that you book your ferry before entering the race.
